My role isn't simply to deliver training and leave.
Learning is woven throughout our partnership through workshops, reflective supervision, leadership conversations and ongoing professional support.
This allows understanding to develop gradually, creating lasting confidence rather than short-term change.
"Reflective supervision is best understood through the voices of the people who experience it"
I work with settings to combine external reflective supervision with the development of confident internal supervisors. Over time, external support can shift towards supervision-of-supervision, quality assurance and ongoing development; building internal capacity while retaining a safe reflective space for those holding supervisory responsibility.
The aim is not simply to introduce supervision, but to build something that can grow and be sustained from within.
Supervisor development is supported through my collaboration with CSTD Bath, bringing specialist Early Years knowledge into the development of reflective supervisors.
Whether you're developing your first supervisor or strengthening an established team, we'll create learning experiences that build confidence, curiosity and reflective practice together.
