I’m an experienced Educational Consultant with over 25 years of leadership in Independent and Early Years Education. As the founder of PropelEd, I’m passionate about helping educators flourish, both personally and professionally, through reflective supervision. My approach is designed to build confidence, resilience, and growth by offering tailored 1:1 sessions, group discussions, and whole-school CPD that meet the unique needs of schools and educators.
Having held senior leadership roles including Head of Early Years, Head of Pre-Prep, Deputy Head Academic, and Head of Junior School, I understand the challenges and opportunities within education, from strategy to day-to-day classroom experiences. My extensive work in EYFS includes modernising early years provision, creating purposeful learning environments, and guiding teams to deliver nurturing, high-quality education. I’ve also led initiatives in curriculum development, academic transitions, staff mentoring, and governance, ensuring every aspect of school life is aligned, supported, and thriving.
At the heart of my work is reflective supervision, a powerful tool that supports educators’ well-being, growth, and professional development. By providing a safe and supportive space for reflection, I help educators navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and enhance their practice, all while feeling truly valued. With a deep understanding of school dynamics, I quickly identify key areas of need, ensuring that reflective supervision is practical, impactful, and aligned with school priorities.
Through my leadership expertise and reflective approach, I offer the insight, strategies, and support schools need to drive meaningful, sustainable improvements. My commitment to growth, well-being, and excellence ensures that every educator I work with feels supported, empowered, and able to thrive, both in their career and within their school community.
