Educational leader, reflective supervisor and advocate for the people who dedicate themselves to shaping the earliest years of learning.  

With over 25 years in Independent and Early Years education, I’ve progressed from classroom teacher to senior leadership, holding roles including Head of Early Years, Head of Pre-Prep, Deputy Head Academic, and Head of Junior School.

I’ve worked closely with dedicated professionals across all areas of school life, witnessing their commitment and compassion. I’ve also witnessed how often the people who hold schools together are not meaningfully supported themselves - a gap which inspired me to create PropelEd; a space where educators are seen, supported, and equipped to grow.
