I’ve mentored new teachers, supported ECTs through reflective supervision, and led teams in building strong induction cultures. I understand the blend of excitement and overwhelm that comes with the early years of teaching and how powerful it can be to feel truly heard in those formative moments.
My approach is rooted in knowing what it’s like to navigate those first steps while holding the high expectations of schools and the emotional intensity of the classroom. I offer ECTs a safe, calm space to reflect, build resilience and grow into confident professionals — without pressure or performance.
